Finding your place in a new community can feel exciting yet overwhelming, especially when you’ve left behind the “village” that supported you. In a new country, rebuilding connections takes time, effort, and patience, but it can also be deeply rewarding.
In this session, designed for immigrant families new to Canada, we’ll explore practical ways to meet people, get involved in local activities, and access programs and services that support newcomers. Together, we’ll look at how to build meaningful connections that create a sense of belonging and help you feel at home.
This program is held in partnership with Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS). Registration required. For more information, please contact harpreet.dhaliwal@pchs4u.com.
