Join us for memory games and chair yoga!
Connect your body and mind through this one-hour wellness session for seniors. For the first half of this in-person gathering, participants will engage in memory games displayed on our programming room screen. This will be followed by chair yoga. Exercise the mind and body with Brampton Library.
