This monthly program will guide students ages 9-14 through creating their own coding projects.
This program is run by Canada Learning Code, (“CLC”) a registered Canadian charity that brings introductory computer science education to people in Canada. Coding Projects with Canada Learning Code’s Teen Ambassadors is a youth-led initiative facilitated by CLC’s Teen Ambassadors.
In this workshop, participants will work with data (images, hashtags, doodles- you name it!) to practice identifying patterns in Machine Learning. Participants will also learn some elements and strategies for building classifiers and exploring resources to tackle cyberbullying in their own circles.
