Adjusting to life in a new city or province can be both exciting and challenging. While social media may make it seem like cultural differences don’t matter that much, the emotional and psychological realities of adapting to a new environment are still very real.
In this session designed especially for newcomer families in Canada, we’ll explore the stages of culture shock, share practical strategies for coping with change, and highlight ways to build confidence and resilience as you move forward in your settlement journey.
This program is held in partnership with Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS). Registration required. For more information, please contact harpreet.dhaliwal@pchs4u.com.
