Join us for a fun filled interactive session every other Saturday! For South Asian Youth (16-28)

South Asian youth are invited to talk about their identity, culture, heritage, and how these factors impact their sense of self in a culturally safe space. Other conversation topics include healthy relationships and lifestyles, wellness, building social connections, and networking to break the isolation caused by COVID-19. Participants will also enjoy poetry and spoken word in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. This program is offered in partnership with Indus Community Services.
