In recognition of Black History Month.
Listen and engage as Brampton Arts Walk of Fame recipient Ian Williams and Jael Richardson, executive director of the Festival of Literary Diversity (FOLD), discuss onstage the impact of racial encounters on racialized people, drawing on Ian Williams' non-fiction book Disorientation: Being Black in the World. Williams will speak about his books and writing process before the program opens up to questions from the audience. Attend this free event and enjoy the opportunity to buy the authors' books and have them signed. Special thanks to Ian Elliott of A Different Drummer Books, our on-site bookseller.
