A Visual Arts Brampton artist will walk you through painting with spices.
Enjoy a night on the town to paint, learn, and socialize! Learn techniques for creating art using acrylic paint, soft chalk pastels, digital pencils and sometimes even spices! These artist-led sessions will encourage creativity while building skills and confidence in an inclusive environment. All materials will be provided. This program is held in partnership with Brampton Arts Organization (BAO) and Visual Arts Brampton.
All sessions and corresponding mediums are as follows:
Tuesday January 17, 7pm-8:30pm: South West: Acrylic
Monday February 6, 7pm-8:30pm: Cyril Clark: Digital Paint Night (*using iPads and digital pencils)
Monday February 27, 7pm-8:30pm: South Fletchers: Pastels (Families)
Monday March 27, 7pm-8:30pm: Gore Meadows: Paint with Spices

UPDATE:
Renovations are scheduled to begin at Gore Meadows Branch on September 26, 2022 with an expected completion in 2023.
Service improvements will include:
- a reconfiguration of the library's front entrance
- a new program room featuring a makerspace
The branch will remain open for normal hours of operation. A temporary entrance and exit will be located to the left of the current entrance.
