Feeling burnt out? Learn why it is important to take care of your mental health and how to address burnout.
Do you find yourself feeling tired, exhausted, isolated, depressed, anxious, or lacking motivation? Do you work because you have to and often ask yourself when am I going to be happy or enjoy life? Chances are you’re burnt out and are not taking care of your mental health.
In this session you’ll learn about:
- What causes mental health breakdown (burnout)
- How to address it
- Importance of taking care of your mental health
This program is held in partnership with Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS).
