It’s a great time of year to flex your maker muscles, whether you’re crafting handmade gifts, making seasonal cards, DIY-ing festive decor, or hacking your holiday lighting. Come show us what you’re making—or find inspiration—at our last Virtual Maker Meetup of the year. As always, we'll open the floor for Maker Show and Tell. All types of projects welcome, holiday-themed or not.
Plus, learn about our upcoming Twelve Days of Creativity Giveaway and earn an extra ballot for a chance to win a Cricut Maker!
About Virtual Maker Meetups
The Brampton Library makerspaces are closed right now, but you can still make at home!
Need some inspiration for your next project? Need advice on how to finish a work in progress? Maybe you have a completed project you’d like to share? Join us and other makers for a casual virtual meetup where we share ideas, inspire and encourage each other, and highlight the things we make. This is a space to work together, learn, and motivate each other to finish projects, so collaboration between attendees is encouraged. No experience required - we are all makers!
All types of high and low tech projects are welcome, such as:
Arts and crafts
3D printing & modeling
Woodworking
Digital creations
Arduino/Raspberry Pi
If you have a particular technology, craft, or project of interest you’d like to share or hear about, please contact makerspace@bramptonlibrary.ca
