Discover practical strategies for improving communication at home, strengthening family bonds, and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels heard. Registration required.
Strong families are built on healthy communication, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. Misunderstandings, arguments, or silence can create tension, especially in intergenerational households where experiences and perspectives may differ.
In this session designed for immigrant families new to Canada, we’ll share practical strategies to improve listening, express ideas clearly, and strengthen family bonds. Parents, guardians, caregivers, and anyone wanting to build a more supportive home environment will gain tools to foster trust and ensure everyone feels heard.
This program is held in partnership with Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS). Registration required. For more information, please contact harpreet.dhaliwal@pchs4u.com.
