Certified mindfulness meditation teacher Gagan Vasudeva joins us for three mindfulness building meditation sessions, focusing first on the body, then the mind, and then bringing the body and mind together. We encourage everyone to attend all three sessions to allow the mindful connection to develop.
Gagan is a social worker and psychotherapist with 10 years of mindfulness teaching experience. In partnership with Brampton Library, she hopes to help community members strengthen their resilience and wellbeing.
